At the end of the course
delegates will understand the purpose, structure and
importance of ISDN Signalling protocols and be able to
describe how they work. They will understand the terminology
surrounding ISDN, appreciate ISDN in an historical context
and be aware of possible future developments within ISDN.
Delegates will also have a thorough grounding in the
components of ISDN primary and basic rate interfaces. An
overview of some of the key applications for ISDN will
ensure delegates understand the benefits that ISDN can bring
to their organisation.
